Limited Position. Shall apply to Part Time Employees save that a Part Time Employee who is the successful applicant to a Limited Full Time Job Posting will be subject to work the normal weekly hours indicated for the position for the term of the Limited Posting, e.g. thirty-five (35) hours per week, forty (40) hours per week.

Limited Position. 10:01(5)(a) A Full Time or Regular Part Time Limited position shall mean a position which is for a limited duration not exceeding seven (7) months or such longer period as may be mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the Union.   • VACANCIES, TERM POSITIONS AND NEW POSITIONS 3001 Subject to section 3002 herein, the Employer agrees to post notices of vacant, term or new positions covered under this Agreement for at least seven (7) days to enable nurses presently in the employ of the Employer to apply for same.   • VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS 17.01 The Gallery shall post notice of permanent and temporary job vacancies subject to Article 4 – Temporary Full-Time Employees for a period of seven (7) calendar days before any such job is filled.   • Filling Positions ‌ The Employer will determine when a position will be filled, the type of appointment to be used when filling the position, and the skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the specific position within a job classification. Only those candidates who have the position-specific skills and abilities required to perform the duties of the vacant position will be referred for further consideration by the employing agency.

  • Clearcutting Units All trees that meet Utilization Standards within “Clearcutting Units” are designated for cutting.

  • RELIEVING IN HIGHER AND LOWER-RATED POSITIONS 23.01 In the event of an employee relieving in a higher-rated job, the employee shall receive the hourly rate of the position they are relieving for any and all hours relieving.

  • Notice of Changed Positions In the event that the Employer introduces significant changes to an existing job such that the job description is substantially altered, the Employer shall give written notice to the Union outlining the changes which have taken place, along with the Employer's proposal for a change in the wage rate, if any. Should the Union object to the proposed wage rate, such objection to the wage rate must be made in writing, within thirty (30) days of notification by the Employer. If no written objection is received by the Employer, then the wage rate shall be considered as agreed to. If the wage rate proposed by the Employer for the changed job is revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised wage rate shall be effective from the date on which the changes were implemented.

  • Vacant Position An approved position which is reflected in the budget complement, which may have been vacated due to death, resignation, retirement, non-renewal, termination, or reassignment.
