ARTICLE VACATION PAY. An employee having completed less than one navigational year with an employer shall receive vacation pay as per Article equal to four percent (4%) of his gross wages earned during the then current month with the said employer up to the of the said pay-off. An employee having completed one year of service with the Company or up to and including five (5) full consecutive years of service with the same employer shall receive vacation pay as per Article equal to five percent (5%) of his gross wages earned during the then current month with the said Company. An employee having completed more than five (5) full consecutive years of service with the Company shall receive vacation pay as per Article equal to seven percent (7%) of his gross wages earned during the then current month with the said Company. The Company shall pay all accumulated vacation pay to an employee at the end of each month. The Company will recognize the seniority accumulated by members for vacation pay purposes if they are promoted into an Officers' bargaining unit.
ARTICLE VACATION PAY. An employee having completed less than days cumulative compensated service shall be entitled to of his gross wages earned during the then current season as vacation pay. ARTICLE VACATION PAY. ARTICLE VACATION PAY.
