Application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Upon the bargaining unit employee accepting the temporary position, the employee shall retain and accrue benefits on their full-time or part-time status as set forth in Section 2.1 B, C or D held immediately prior to the temporary position. The employee’s full-time or part-time status as set forth in Section 2.1 B, C or D held immediately prior to the temporary position shall determine the level of benefits and not the hours worked in the temporary position. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, hours worked in the temporary position shall not be counted for any purpose under the terms of this Agreement.
