SALARY LEVEL PLACEMENT. 29.01 Category classification shall be those established by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation. For the purpose of salary categorization the Board recognizes that, except for errors and omissions, the Certification Rating Statement issued by the OSSTF Certification Board shall be final.
