Appointments/Refusals of Appointments from the Secondary Recall List. (a) A laid off employee on the Secondary Recall List who is offered an appointment from the list and refuses to accept the appointment shall have his/her name removed from the Secondary Recall List; however, an agency will not remove an employee’s name from the Secondary Recall List where that individual had been a day shift employee and subsequently refuses the offer of a position with swing shift or night shift hours.
