CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT 5.1 In acting under this Agreement and in connection with the Relevant Notes, the Calculation Agent shall act solely as an agent of the Issuer and will not assume any obligations towards or relationship of agency or trust for or with any of the owners or holders of the Relevant Notes or the coupons (if any) appertaining to the Relevant Notes (the Coupons).
Notice of Appointment 14:15 All applicants shall be advised in writing of the outcome of their applications within ten (10) working days after the receipt in the Department of employment of the written acceptance of the position by the successful candidate, and earlier if practicable. This written communication shall also include the name of the successful candidate. At the same time, the Union will be notified of the name and academic rank of the successful applicant.
Appointment of Sub-processors Client acknowledges and agrees that (a) Data Processor’s Affiliates may be used as Sub-processors; and (b) Data Processor and/or Data Processor’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services.
Terms of Appointment Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Fund hereby employs and appoints RPS to perform the services and functions described herein in connection with certain Retirement Plan and Retirement Accounts as agreed upon by the parties.
TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT 6.1 The Issuer may terminate the appointment of the Calculation Agent at any time by giving to the Calculation Agent at least 45 days' prior written notice to that effect, provided that, so long as any of the Relevant Notes is outstanding:
Visiting Appointments A "visiting" appointment is one made to a person having appropriate professional qualifications but not expected to be available for more than a limited period, or to a person in a position which the University does not expect to be available for more than a limited period. A visiting appointment may be offered in single or multi-year appointments not to exceed a total of four (4) consecutive years.
