APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR. LESSEE shall treat all Fairgrounds Staff with respect. In any situation where the LESSEE acts in an unprofessional manner a written complaint may be written to the Grant County Board of Commissioners. After discussion with the complainant and LESSEE the Board of County Commissioners may decide to terminate this agreement immediately.

APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR. I understand that my child must not be disrespectful either in behavior or in tone of voice to his/her fellow campers or to program staff. Disrespectful behaviour includes but is not limited to hitting, punching, kicking, biting, spitting, swearing, lying or refusing to obey instructions from staff. I accept that any willful damage of Museum property, stealing or destruction of items belonging to other campers will not be tolerated. I understand that the first occurrence of any form of disrespectful behavior, vandalism or stealing will result in a private conversation between my child and the Camp’s Educational Coordinator, and include a warning. I understand that a second occurrence will result in a consultation with the Museum Manager, the Camp’s Educational Coordinator, and myself as the child’s parent/guardian. If there is a third occurrence, I accept that my child will be immediately expelled from the Camp and that there will be no refund of registration fees.
APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR. All Reach Cambridge students are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Anti-social behaviour includes bullying, racism, verbal harassment and verbal assault. Any kind of anti-social behaviour can result in contact with parents for support. Repeated anti-social behaviour can result in the student being permanently dismissed. All students are encouraged to report any anti-social behaviour to a member of staff, whether that behaviour is in relation to another student or a member of staff.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Abuse You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If you so notify us, or we otherwise suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, you agree to cooperate with us in any fraud investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe. Your failure to cooperate or to use such measures will result in your liability for all fraudulent usage or abusive activity associated with your Equipment (as defined below).

  • TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS The State will not be liable for any expense incurred by the Contractor for any parking fees or as a consequence of any traffic infraction or parking violations attributable to employees of the Contractor.

  • WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR ‌ 3.1 The Employer and the Union agree that all employees should work in an environment that fosters mutual respect and professionalism. The parties agree that inappropriate behavior in the workplace does not promote a college’s/district’s business, employee well-being, or productivity. All employees are responsible for contributing to such an environment and are expected to treat others with courtesy and respect. 3.2 Inappropriate workplace behavior by employees, supervisors and/or managers will not be tolerated. If an employee and/or the employee’s union representative believes the employee has been subjected to inappropriate workplace behavior, the employee and/or the employee’s representative is encouraged to report this behavior to the employee’s supervisor, a manager in the employee’s chain of command and/or the Human Resources Office. An employee or the employee’s representative should identify complaints as inappropriate workplace behavior. The Employer will investigate the reported behavior and take appropriate action as necessary. The employee and/or union representative will be notified upon conclusion of the investigation. Upon request, the Employer will provide the employee and the union representative with a copy of the investigation report. 3.3 Retaliation against employees who make a workplace behavior complaint will not be tolerated. 3.4 Supervisors, managers and Human Resource Office staff will be trained on Article 3, Workplace Behavior. The Employer and the Union agree to prepare and make available online a 15-minute joint training online presentation on workplace behavior for all employees covered by this CBA and their supervisors, managers and Human Resources staff. 3.5 Grievances related to this Article may be processed through Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure.

  • Criminal History Applicants who have criminal convictions may be denied. Any crimes associated with drugs, violence, sex, property damage, and/or weapons may be grounds for automatic disqualification. Eligibility is dependent upon the level, disposition, and time since the crime occurred. Open cases for similar crimes may be grounds for denial. Credit. A credit check will be performed, and the following may be grounds for denial: past due or dishonored debt, the absence of a credit history, unpaid housing accounts, unpaid utility accounts.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.

  • Human Trafficking BY ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT, CONTRACTOR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE COUNTY IS OPPOSED TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND THAT NO COUNTY FUNDS WILL BE USED IN SUPPORT OF SERVICES OR ACTIVITIES THAT VIOLATE HUMAN TRAFFICKING LAWS.

  • Disorderly Conduct The Contractor shall at all times take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful, riotous or disorderly conduct by or amongst its personnel, and to preserve peace and protection of people and property in the neighbourhood of the Works.
