ASIC Sample Clauses

ASIC. 2.1 ASIC was established by section 7 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 1989 and is continued in existence by section 261 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (ASIC Act). ASIC is a regulatory and law enforcement agency for, company, financial services, markets and consumer credit laws, and has the function of monitoring and promoting market integrity and consumer protection in relation to the Australian financial system.
ASIC. You must maintain an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC). Where you are unable to hold an ASIC, you accept that this may mean that we cannot allow you to continue your employment with Virgin Australia.
ASIC. Within five days of the Closing Date, ASFL shall lodge a Form 484 with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to note the change of shareholding in favor of the Company, and will use reasonable efforts to obtain such change.

(a) Each Contracting Party that is a State shall have one vote and shall vote only in its own name. (b) Any Contracting Party that is an intergovernmental organization may participate in the vote, in place of its Member States, with a number of votes equal to the number of its Member States which are party to this Treaty. No such intergovernmental organization shall participate in the vote if any one of its Member States exercises its right to vote and vice versa. (4) The Assembly shall meet in ordinary session once every two years upon convocation by the Director General of WIPO. (5) The Assembly shall establish its own rules of procedure, including the convocation of extraordinary sessions, the requirements of a quorum and, subject to the provisions of this Treaty, the required majority for various kinds of decisions.

  • Software Licence The following licence terms apply whether HP provides software to Customer as part of a managed service or as a separate software transaction.

  • TECHNICAL GUIDANCE LETTERS In the sole discretion of the System Agency, and in conformance with federal and state law, the System Agency may issue instructions, clarifications, or interpretations as may be required during work performance in the form of a Technical Guidance Letter (TGL). A TGL must be in writing, and may be delivered by regular mail, electronic mail, or facsimile transmission. Any TGL issued by the System Agency will be incorporated into the Contract by reference for all purposes when it is issued.

  • Fabrication Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.
