Assessment in Phases. In the first part of project Initiation is the visual assessment and thorough analysis of information gathered, whereafter the Consulting Engineer shall arrange for the first progress meeting with the Client for the purpose of confirming the design strategy and acquiring approval for the type, quantity and positioning of intrusive and other investigations which form the third part of project assessment.
