Progress Meeting. 7 Developer shall participate in monthly progress meetings or meetings held at the request of 8 ADOT to review and discuss the status of the Project. In the meetings, the Parties will address 9 the causes, responsible party, impacts, and potential solutions to all issues identified with the 10 intent of finding the most effective solutions to problems through the following:
11 A. Developer shall make available the Project Manager and appropriate personnel to 12 participate in the monthly progress meetings.
13 B. Developer shall make and record an action item list that specifies who is responsible for 14 resolving existing or pending issues and the date by which the issue must be resolved to 15 avoid Project delays.
16 C. Developer shall make available the Safety Manager. 17 110.02.3 Pre-Design Coordination Meetings 18 Developer shall schedule a pre-design coordination meeting with ADOT to familiarize the 19 designers and ADOT’s review personnel with the design concepts, issues, status, and review 20 procedures. Developer shall conduct a pre-design coordination meeting no later than 1) 10 21 Business Days prior to any Design Work associated with NTP 1 or 2) issuance of NTP 2.

Progress Meeting. 6.1 The CITY’S designated Project Manager may request periodic progress briefings during the term of this Agreement.
Progress Meeting. Students joining the Joint Masters Program will follow Home Institute regulations for monitoring their progress.
Progress Meeting. The Consultant will assist the Client in establishing an ADA Liaison Committee that will meet throughout the process of completing the Self-Evaluation and developing the Transition Plan and will continue to meet and actively participate after the completion of this project. The Consultant will work with the ADA Liaison Committee throughout the duration of the project to receive feedback and incorporate information from the ADA Liaison Committee into the project. The Consultant will prepare for and attend up to one (1) in-person progress meetings with Client staff and the newly created ADA Liaison Committee. The Consultant will produce meeting materials and handouts and prepare meeting notes, including a summary of action items resulting from the meetings (2-hour meeting).
Progress Meeting. 7.1 The City's designated Project Manager may hold periodic progress meetings on a monthly basis, or more frequently if required, during the term of any Task Authorization entered into under this Agreement. The Consultant's Project Manager and all other appropriate personnel shall attend such meetings as designated by City's Project Manager.

Progress Meeting. (s): Project progress meetings including the project team will be held at regular intervals throughout the project to discuss the project status, critical milestones, review progress submittals and design issues. It is anticipated that at a minimum, these meetings will be held at the 30%, 60%, 90% stages of design. It is anticipated that two (2) of the three (3) progress meetings will be conducted virtually. Plans, specifications, and cost estimate review sets will be submitted to the City and appropriate utilities to coincide with appropriate progress meetings. Submittals shall conform to City requirements.

Progress Meeting. 3.1. Invite representatives of the Owner, to attend twice monthly site meetings called by the Contractor during the progress of the Work.
3.2. Inform the Owner of each meeting and of proposed agenda a minimum of five (5) days before meeting.
3.3. Submit proposed schedule of site meetings to Engineer and Owner.
3.4. Record, prepare and distribute minutes of each meeting to the Owner and to each other participant within 72 hours of meeting.
3.5. Ensure that all representatives who attend meetings have the authority to conduct business on behalf of firms they represent.
