Assignment of Telework Sample Clauses

Assignment of Telework. The Employer shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to assign or allow any employee to perform telework (i.e., performing job functions from an approved remote location). Employees selected for telework will also be assigned to an Employer location and may be required to report to that or another Employer location, at any point of time including during an assigned telework shift, for on-site work assignments, as determined by the Employer. If an employee is hired as a teleworker, he or she must work at the assigned Employer location until, at the sole discretion of the Director of Care Management, he/she is fully trained to perform all assigned job duties. The Employer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to re-assign a teleworker to an Employer location if the employee is not meeting performance expectations or if the Employer determines the telework process is not meeting its operational needs.
