Eligibility for Telework. In order to be eligible for telework, an employee must have a satisfactory work record that indicates performance that meets or exceeds expectations, and work performance that indicates the employee is likely to succeed as a teleworker. Employees must complete all required training and his/her probationary period before commencing telework.

An employee will be eligible to telework unless his/her position is ineligible or he/she is personally ineligible, as set forth below.
