Eligibility for Telework. 1) Pursuant to the DR, the Employer shall provide each employee with notice regarding their position’s eligibility for remote work and telework and will notify employees of any changes in their eligibility. a) An employee will be eligible to telework up to eight (8) days in a pay period in accordance with Section 4 of the DR. b) An employee will be eligible for Remote Work in accordance with Section 6 of the DR.

Eligibility for Telework. (1) Pursuant to the Telework Enhancement Act of 2010, the Employer shall provide each employee with notice regarding his/her eligibility to telework, and will notify employees of any changes in eligibility. An employee will be eligible to telework unless his/her position is ineligible or he/she is personally ineligible, as set forth below. (a) The employee’s position is ineligible, because: (i) Duties require the employee’s physical presence to perform particular tasks that can only be performed at the worksite on a daily basis; (ii) Duties require the employee’s daily presence at the worksite for contact with the public or co-workers; (iii) Duties require the employee’s daily use of specialized equipment located only at the traditional worksite; or (iv) Duties require the employee’s daily handling of classified materials. (b) The employee is ineligible because: (i) The employee’s most recent performance rating is less than Fully Successful; (ii) The employee has been officially disciplined for viewing, downloading, or exchanging pornography, including child pornography, from a government computer or while performing official Federal Government duties, in accordance with the Telework Enhancement Act; (iii) The employee has been officially disciplined for being absent without permission (AWOL), pursuant to the Telework Enhancement Act; or (iv) The employee is currently on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). (2) To participate in telework, an eligible employee must make a request pursuant to Section
Eligibility for Telework. In order to be eligible for telework, an employee must have a satisfactory work record that indicates performance that meets or exceeds expectations, and work performance that indicates the employee is likely to succeed as a teleworker. Employees must complete all required training and his/her probationary period before commencing telework.

  • Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave. Further, all regular part-time employees shall receive paid leave on a ration of paid leave time accrued to the number of hours worked in the work week.   • Eligibility for Benefits 1. Sick Leave Bank benefits are available only when the member personally has a severe medical hardship (catastrophic illness or serious accident). 2. Any member receiving Worker's Compensation or disability benefits shall not be eligible to receive benefits from the Sick Leave Bank. 4. A member who is on leave of absence, suspended, or terminated from the Xxxxxxx County Board of Education shall not be eligible for Sick Leave Bank benefits. 5. The form, entitled "Request For Sick Leave Benefits" and physician's statement are required before the SLB Review Committee will consider a request for benefits. The physician's statement shall include a history of the illness, date the illness began, a diagnosis and prognosis, and any other related information. 6. Approval by the Sick Leave Bank Review Committee is required prior to the receiving of benefits. 7. Normal pregnancies, childbirth, childcare, or child adoption shall not be considered as eligible reasons for Sick Leave Bank benefits. 8. A four (4)-member Sick Leave Bank Review Committee, consisting of two (2) members appointed by the President of the Association and two (2) appointed by the Superintendent, shall have the responsibility of receiving requests, verifying the validity of requests and approval or denial of requests. Any approval of a request must have the support of at least three (3) members of the committee Sick Leave Bank Review Committee. The Sick Leave Bank Review Committee shall develop its rules of procedure and shall give wide distribution to said rules upon approval of the President of the Association and the Superintendent.

  • Ineligibility for Form S-3 In the event that Form S-3 is not available for the registration of the resale of Registrable Securities hereunder, the Company shall (i) register the resale of the Registrable Securities on another appropriate form reasonably acceptable to the Required Holders and (ii) undertake to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3 as soon as such form is available, provided that the Company shall maintain the effectiveness of the Registration Statement then in effect until such time as a Registration Statement on Form S-3 covering the Registrable Securities has been declared effective by the SEC.

An employee who is terminating employment for reasons other than paid County retirement and whose last day as a paid employee is the day before a holiday shall not be paid for that holiday. E. Only regular, limited-term and probationary employees shall be eligible for holiday pay.

  • ELIGIBILITY FOR COVERAGE Any employee and the dependents of an employee who meet and continue to meet the eligibility requirements described in this Contract, will be entitled to apply for coverage under this Contract. These eligibility requirements are binding upon you and your eligible dependents.
