ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER AND REASSIGNMENT. 1. WCS’s administration shall determine the appropriate assignments for all Xxxxxxxx Charter School certificated staff. Employees may be involuntarily transferred or reassigned to another grade level, another subject area, another site, or another program within the Xxxxxxxx Charter School structure in the best interests of the students, the staff member of the educational program as determined by the WCS administration. 2. A credentialed teacher may be designated to serve as a Teacher in Charge. The Teacher in Charge shall be paid a stipend which is consistent with the stipend paid to Teachers in Charge at other schools in Ceres Unified School District 3. Xxxxxxxx Charter School teachers that apply for a position in CUSD will be given an interview for that position.
ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER AND REASSIGNMENT. 27.1. The District reserves the right to assign, transfer and reassign personnel to meet the needs of students and the best interests of the school district except as specifically limited by this Article.

ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER AND REASSIGNMENT. A. The District’s responsibility is to assign teaching personnel in a manner to best accomplish the instructional objectives of the District. The District will carefully consider the assignment of all teaching personnel from the point of view that reasonable efforts will be made to meet the needs and desires of the teacher whenever possible. Of equal importance is the responsibility to build a professional team of educators at each school site that will produce the highest quality of educational program for children and support the total District educational program. 1. As it relates to transfer/reassignment, it is the responsibility of the teacher to plan his/her professional growth and credential authorizations to meet the qualifications of the desired positions. 2. The District will send to each employee, including those on leave of absence, a Request for Transfer/Reassignment form prior to March 15 of each year. Employees who desire a transfer or reassignment shall deliver their completed request to the District Personnel Services Coordinator by March 31 to be assured of consideration for the following school year.

  • Assignment and Transfers Except as the Committee may otherwise permit pursuant to the Plan, the rights and interests of the Participant under this Agreement may not be sold, assigned, encumbered or otherwise transferred except, in the event of the death of the Participant, by will or by the laws of descent and distribution. In the event of any attempt by the Participant to alienate, assign, pledge, hypothecate, or otherwise dispose of the Stock Units or any right hereunder, except as provided for in this Agreement, or in the event of the levy or any attachment, execution or similar process upon the rights or interests hereby conferred, the Company may terminate the Stock Units by notice to the Participant, and the Stock Units and all rights hereunder shall thereupon become null and void. This Agreement may be assigned by the Company without the Participant’s consent.

  • DEED OF ASSIGNMENT/TRANSFER Upon full payment of the TPP and subject to the consent (if applicable) being obtained by the Purchaser from the Developer/Proprietor and other relevant authorities and further subject to Clause 7.2 hereof, the Assignee/Bank and the Purchaser shall observe the following:- 8.1 The Assignee/Bank shall execute or cause to be executed as soon as possible at the Purchaser’s costs and expenses including legal, stamp and registration fees in favour of the Purchaser an Assignment in the form and format duly approved by the Assignee/Bank, of all the rights, title, interest and benefits under the principal Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between the Developer/Proprietor and the original Purchaser upon the terms and conditions stipulated by the Assignee/Bank at its absolute discretion. Thereafter and upon payment by the Purchaser of all such costs and expenses including the vetting fee of the Assignment, the Assignee/Bank shall deliver to the Purchaser the Assignment duly executed or caused to be executed by the Assignee/Bank, the original of the principal Sale and Purchase Agreement or duplicate copy or certified true copy and the original of the previous Assignment(s) or duplicate copy or certified true copy as in the Assignee/Bank’s possession; 8.2 If the Property is a housing accommodation under the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) (Amendment) Act 2007, the Purchaser shall upon payment of the TPP forward to the Assignee/Bank’s solicitor the following:- a) a letter of undertaking by the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s financier in favour of the Developer to deliver to the Developer the duly stamped assignment within fourteen (14) days after the same has been stamped, and b) the Purchaser’s payment in favour of the Developer of the Purchaser’s portion of the Developer’s outgoings charges pursuant to Clause 13 hereof, or a certified true copy of the Developer’s official receipt evidencing the Purchaser’s payment of the same. 8.3 In the event that the separate document of title or strata title for the Property has been issued whether before, on or after the successful auction sale, the Purchaser shall bear all costs, expenses, levies, penalties and charges relating to stamping and/or registration of the transfer either directly from the Developer and/or Proprietor OR a double transfer where the Developer and/or Proprietor or any relevant authority requires the title to be transferred into the name of the Assignor prior to it being transferred to the Purchaser, all costs, expenses, levies, penalties and charges relating to stamping and/or registration of the transfer into the Assignor’s name shall be borne by the Purchaser.

  • Transfer and Assignment Party A may assign or transfer any of its rights or delegate any of its duties hereunder, without the prior written consent of Party B, to (i) any affiliate of Party A, whose obligations hereunder and under the Agreement are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Party A or (ii) any affiliate of Party A that has a rating for its long-term, unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness or a long-term issuer rating that is equal to or better than the rating for Party A’s long-term, unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness or Party A’s long-term issuer rating, as the case may be, at the time of such assignment or transfer so long as, in each case, at the time of such assignment or transfer (a) Party B will not, as a result of such assignment or transfer, be required to pay to such assignee or transferee an amount in respect of an Indemnifiable Tax under Section 2(d)(i)(4) of the Agreement greater than the amount in respect of which Party B would have been required to pay Party A in the absence of such assignment or transfer; (b) Party B will not, as a result of such assignment or transfer, receive a payment from which an amount has been withheld or deducted on account of a Tax under Section 2(d)(i) of the Agreement in excess of that which Party A would have been required to so withhold or deduct in the absence of such assignment or transfer; and (c) no Event of Default, Potential Event of Default or Termination Event will occur as a result of such assignment or transfer. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Forward Confirmation to the contrary requiring or allowing Party A to purchase, sell, receive or deliver any Shares or other securities to or from Party B, Party A may designate any of its affiliates to purchase, sell, receive or deliver such Shares or other securities and otherwise to perform Party A’s obligations in respect of the Transaction and any such designee may assume such obligations. Party A shall be discharged of its obligations to Party B to the extent of any such performance.

  • Reassignment and Transfer Terms The Investor Certificates shall be subject to retransfer to the Seller at its option, in accordance with the terms specified in subsection 12.02(a), on any Distribution Date on or after the Distribution Date on which the Investor Interest is reduced to an amount less than or equal to 5% of the Initial Investor Interest. The deposit required in connection with any such repurchase shall include the amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account and will be equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Interest and (b) accrued and unpaid interest on the Investor Certificates through the day preceding the Distribution Date on which the repurchase occurs.
