Association Dues Deductions. The Board agrees to deduct from the employees' salaries membership dues for Xxxxxxxxx County Administrative and Supervisory Association (FCASA), the Maryland State Education Association (MSEA), and the National Education Association (NEA) as said employees individually and voluntarily authorize to deduct through an appropriate written authorization form prepared by the Association and approved by the Human Resources Office. The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.
