Association Interview. B-1 The time and place of the interview referred to in Article 5.06, shall be scheduled within the first month of the employee’s employment on hospital premises and at a time mutually agreed by the Union. The Hospital will advise the Bargaining Unit President or designate of all employees to be interviewed prior to the interview.
