Association or Board. A party shall, within ten (10) days after the occurrence of the event which is the subject of the grievance, file the written grievance with the other party. The parties, as represented by an appropriate individual(s), shall confer in an effort to resolve the grievance. Within five (5) days after the conference, the responding party may submit a decision in writing to the Grievant. LEVEL TWOINTERNAL APPEAL Professional Employee In the event the Professional Employee is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, the Professional Employee shall submit the written grievance within five (5) days thereafter to the Superintendent. The Superintendent, or their designee who is either the Deputy Superintendent or an Associate Superintendent, will arrange for a meeting with the Grievant to take place within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance. The Superintendent or designee shall have ten (10) days following such meeting in which to provide a written decision to the Grievant. Association or Board Not applicable.
