Association Representative Visits. In order for the Association to properly fulfill the terms of the Agreement for the benefit of all employees and the welfare of the school system, duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to meet with employees and transact Association business on school property, if, in the judgment of the appropriate administrator, there is no interruption to the work schedule. Upon the representative’s arrival at any school, he/she will notify the school office of his/her presence and, if requested, confer with the appropriate administrator or his/her designee in order to facilitate the visit. The time for meetings between Association representatives and administrators shall be established by mutual agreement.
Association Representative Visits. A representative of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on school property before or after the teacher’s assigned work day or during a teacher’s duty free lunch period or preparation period with such teacher. The representative of the Association shall report to the principal’s office immediately upon entering the building.

Upon the representative’s arrival at any school he/she will notify the school office of his/her presence and if requested, confer with the appropriate administrator or his/her designee.
Association Representative Visits. Authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to meet with employees and transact Association business on school property, as long as such a meeting does not interfere with the educational process or with the work of an employee. Prior approval by the building administrator is required and notification to the human resources administrator.
Association Representative Visits. Duly authorized representatives of the 7 Association shall be permitted at all reasonable times to enter the facilities 8 operated by the Medical Center for the purpose of transacting Association 9 business pertaining to contract negotiations or administration and observing 10 conditions under which nurses are employed; provided, however, that the 11 Association's representatives shall, upon arrival at the Medical Center, notify 12 Human Resources or the House Supervisor or designee of the intent to transact 13 such Association business. Transaction of such business shall be conducted in 14 an appropriate location subject to general Medical Center rules applicable to non- 15 employees and shall not interfere with the work of other employees or of any 16 such employee interviewed and shall be conducted during such employee's rest 17 or lunch period. Upon request, a meeting room in the Medical Center is to be 18 provided, space and time being available.
