Association Visits Sample Clauses

The Association Visits clause grants representatives of an association the right to enter and inspect certain premises or facilities. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which visits may occur, such as providing advance notice, limiting visits to reasonable hours, and specifying the purposes for which visits are allowed, like ensuring compliance with agreements or checking workplace conditions. Its core function is to facilitate oversight and communication between the association and the entity being visited, helping to ensure transparency and adherence to agreed standards or regulations.
