Association Visits. A representative of the Association shall be allowed to visit the premises of the Employer provided he gives prior advance notice of said visit and receives the permission of the Director of Human Resources.

Association Visits. The Association will be allowed to visit the work area of the employees in the bargaining unit provided there is no disruption or interruption of work, and the association representative gives advance notice to the appropriate supervisor of the school or building being visited.
Association Visits. Pursuant to ORS and the PECBA, authorized agents of the Association shall have access to the City's establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to. When practical, such Association Agent shall advise the City of his presence and his intended visit upon arrival at the City's establishment when he first enters the premises.
