Athletic/Field Trips. Employees shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule for all athletic/field trips. Fiscal Rate for up to Rate for each Rate per Year Three Hours Addt/l Hour Mile 2017-2018 $45.00 $11.57 0.11 Each member of the bargaining unit who is on payroll on August 28, 2017 who remains employed through December 1, 2017, will receive a “one-time off schedule” payment (minus applicable taxes) for 2017-2018 only. This payment will be issued in the form of “bonus” and as such, there will be no withholdings from employees for contributions toward the Michigan Public School Employee Retirement System or district remissions. Payments will be made in December with the December 8, 2017 payroll in accordance with the following schedule: Hired prior to January 1, 2013 $500.00 Hired after December 31, 2012 $250.00 This constitutes the entire understanding of the parties in fulfilling the 2017-2018 reopener.

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.
