Authorization for Access. You warrant either that you are the owner of the Premises, or if you are a tenant, that you have the authority to afford us access to the Premises. If you are not the owner of the Premises, you agree to supply us, if we ask, the owner's name and address, and evidence or written consent from the owner that the owner has authorized you to grant access to the Premises and to install equipment.
Authorization for Access. By signing this agreement you agree to authorize access to these premises to AWWS for the purpose of anything necessary to conduct the requirements of maintenance and upkeep of the septic system. Authorization for Access. A. The Department Director or designee will determine the appropriate method(s) to manage Contract Worker access to areas under their jurisdiction. Methods of access control may include, but are not limited to, visual inspection of identification to permit entry, badge reader devices that release locks on keyed doors, alarm PIN codes, and/or any other means of access controls that may be implemented.
