  • Days of Rest An employee shall be granted two (2) consecutive days of rest during each seven (7) day period unless operational requirements do not so permit.

  • Lunch Time The “duty free” lunch time for assistants will be the same length as the building lunch time for students provided that the lunch is no less than thirty (30) minutes in length.

  • Period of Retention All books, records, reports, and statements relevant to this Contract must be retained a minimum three years and for five years if any federal funds are used under this Contract.
