Common use of Availability of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Availability of Sick Leave. Sick leave is available for the following purposes and covers employees and members of the employee's immediate family, who, in this instance, shall include the following: Spouse, Children, Parents, Xxxxxx Parents, Parents-in-law, Brothers, Sisters, Grandparents, Grandchildren, Legal Guardianship, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney or other direct dependents. An addition to this list shall include an individual with whom an employee has a continuing personal living arrangement which has existed over an extended period of time.
