Holiday Credits. Employees working a holiday shall submit a Time and Activity Report (TAR) on the first working day after the holiday. Employees shall accrue a maximum of eighty (80) hours of holiday credits.

Holiday Credits. 1. If a holiday falls on a full‐time employee’s day off, she will be paid eight (8) hours of straight time pay for the holiday.   • Sick Leave Credits (a) Prior to the commencement of maternity leave, illness arising due to pregnancy may be covered by normal sick leave. (b) Sick leave may be used by any pregnant employee, authorized by the receipt of a qualified medical practitioner's statement to the Employer, where there is a confirmed case of German measles or any other disease or condition in the place of employment which could be harmful to pregnancy as determined by the qualified medical practitioner's statement or report. They may use this leave until all danger from such disease or condition no longer exists.

  • Holiday Pay A. On each of the holidays designated above, each full-time employee scheduled to work but permitted to take the day off shall receive pay computed at the employee's basic hourly rate for the number of hours the employee was regularly scheduled to work. B. On each of the holidays designated above, each part-time employee scheduled to work but permitted to take the day off shall receive pay computed at the employee’s basic hourly rate for the number of hours the employee was regularly scheduled to work.
