AWARD FUNDING. The Award will be payable from taxes levied and actually received by the City in accordance with the Act, as they become available, and from no other source. The Recipient shall have no recourse against the City’s general fund or other City revenues, and this Agreement shall have no effect on the City’s ability to issue debt in the future. Upon this Agreement’s voluntary or involuntary termination, any unpaid amount owed by the City to the Recipient shall be forgiven in full.
AWARD FUNDING. Not funded by the Prevention and Public Health Fund Direct Assistance (DA): DA is awarded in the amount of $339,507.00 in this budget period.  Direct Assistance (DA) is available through this NOFO. Consistent with the cited authority for this announcement, direct assistance may be available in the form of equipment, supplies and materials, and/or federal personnel. If DA is provided as a part of your award, CDC will reduce the financial assistance award amount provided directly to you as a part of your award. The amount by which your award is reduced will be used to provide DA; the funding shall be deemed part of the award and as having been paid to you, the awardee. Grant disbursements shall be an award of funds to Beneficiary eligible under category Water and Sewer Infrastructure, EC 5.2, “Clean Water: Centralized Wastewater Collection and Conveyance”.
AWARD FUNDING. EXAMPLE This Award is subject to appropriation and availability of funds from the sources of funding identified herein. The Department may adjust the project cost and scope of work shown and will provide an Amendment to the Agreement to the Grantee if such changes are placed. Reimbursement of expenditures under this Agreement may be made with funds from future state appropriations. If such future state appropriations are not signed into law, this Agreement will be amended or terminated in accordance with AS 37.05.170, which may result in the defunding of project activities. If the project costs are expected to exceed the available funds, the Grantee will notify the Department immediately. The funding for this Project will expire on the Performance Period term dated in the Agreement. All project expenses must be incurred prior to this date, and the Grantee will submit its final reimbursement request to the Department within 30 days of this date. Utilization of grant funds shall be made in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, OMB circulars, Uniform Administrative Requirements, and applicable cost principles for federal grants.

  • Performance Goals A.   • Performance Criteria The Performance Criteria are set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Program Funding Upon entry into force of this Compact in accordance with Section 7.3, MCC will grant to the Government, under the terms of this Compact, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Xxxxx-Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Dollars (US$459,500,000) (“Program Funding”) for use by the Government to implement the Program. The allocation of Program Funding is generally described in Annex II.

  • Supplementation of Compensation Award when an employee is unable to work and is in receipt of Workers’ Compensation allowance as a result of an injury incurred in the course of their duties, the employee shall be paid an additional amount which, combined with the compensation allowance, shall ensure the maintenance of their regular salary less their usual deductions. Such additional amount shall be chargeable to the employee’s sick leave credits accrued at the time the employee commenced receipt of Workers’ Compensation allowance, and such additional payments shall be payable until the employee’s accrued sick leave credits have been exhausted.
