Award Notices. If your application is successful, we notify your U.S. Representative and U.S. Senators and send you a Grant Award Notification (GAN). We may notify you informally, also.
Award Notices. The commission will annually provide award information by May 30. Allocations will be based on the institutions’ application, the institutions’ relative need for funding, and the program’s appropriation.
Award Notices. After your application has been reviewed, you will receive a letter from XXXXXX through postal mail that describes the general results of the review, including the score that your application received. If you are approved for funding, you will receive an additional notice through postal mail, the Notice of Grant Award, signed by XXXXXX’s Grants Management Officer. The Notice of Grant Award is the sole obligating document that allows you to receive Federal funding for work on the grant project. If you are not funded, you may re-apply if there is another receipt date for the program.
Award Notices. Successful applicants will receive a notice of award (NoA) from the CDC Procurement and Grants Office. The NoA shall be the only binding, authorizing document between the recipient and ASPR and CDC. The NoA will be signed by an authorized Grants Management Officer and e-mailed to the Principal Investigator named in the application. A hard copy of the NoA will be mailed to the recipient fiscal officer identified in the application. Awards in response to this funding opportunity announcement will be subject to the DUNS, CCR Registration, and Transparency Act requirements. Unsuccessful applicants will receive notification of the results of the application review by mail.
Award Notices. Before the actual cooperative agreement is awarded, SSA may enter into negotiations and discussions with the applicant regarding program components, staffing and funding levels, and/or administrative systems in place to support cooperative agreement implementation. If the negotiations do not result in a mutually acceptable submission, SSA reserves the right to terminate the negotiations and decline to fund the award. SSA expects to announce the results of this competition in September 2024. SSA will provide successful applicants with a Notice of Award (NoA) that will set forth the amount of the award and other pertinent information. The NoA is the legal document issued to notify an applicant that an award has been made. The NoA will be sent through the U.S. Postal Service to the applicant listed on the SF-424; a copy will also be sent to the electronic mail address listed on the SF-424. The applicant’s signature on the SF-424, including electronic signature via E-Authentication on xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx, constitutes a binding offer by the applicant. Note that any communication between SSA and applicants prior to the issuance of the NoA and prior to the execution of any award agreement is not authorization to begin performance on the project. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified of their status by letter, which will likewise be sent through the U.S. Postal Service to the applicant listed on the SF-424. Unsuccessful applicants may not protest SSA’s decision. However, unsuccessful applicants may ask for specific feedback and apply under subsequent RFAs.
Award Notices. If the application is under consideration for funding, NIH will request "just-in-time" information from the applicant as described in the NIH Grants Policy Statement. A formal notification in the form of a Notice of Award (NoA) will be provided to the applicant organization for successful applications. The NoA signed by the grants management officer is the authorizing document and will be sent via email to the grantee's business official. Awardees must comply with any funding restrictions described in Section IV.5. Funding Restrictions. Selection of an application for award is not an authorization to begin performance. Any costs incurred before receipt of the NoA are at the recipient's risk. These costs may be reimbursed only to the extent considered allowable pre-award costs. Any application awarded in response to this FOA will be subject to terms and conditions found on the Award Conditions and Information for NIH Grants website. This includes any recent legislation and policy applicable to awards that is highlighted on this website. Individual awards are based on the application submitted to, and as approved by, the NIH and are subject to the IC-specific terms and conditions identified in the NoA. Award Notices. FTA will screen all applications to determine whether all required eligibility elements, as described in Part III ‘‘Eligibility Information,’’ are present. The FTA evaluation team will evaluate each application according to the criteria described in this announcement. FTA will notify all applicants, both those selected for funding and those not selected when the competitive selection process is complete. Projects selected for funding will be published in a Federal Register notice. Applicants selected for funding must then apply to the FTA regional office for the actual grant award, sign Certifications and Assurances, and execute a grant contract before funds can be drawn down.
