b – Coordination. Xxxxxx and Associates will provide overall project team coordination to maintain budget and schedule controls, to identify key decision points and to identify where changes to the Design PMCP can provide benefits for meeting project objectives and measures for success. This task includes staff coordination meetings necessary to communicate key project issues as they develop during the project design phase as well as coordination and scheduling of necessary meetings and tasks with the Economic Development Administration’s Program Manager. Xxxxxx and Associates would be preparing and distributing all meeting agendas and minutes to participants as well as active to-do lists. It is assumed that this subtask will require providing 8 hours/week of onsite staff support and that the City would provide suitable office space. Advanced planning and coordination with all utilities to be relocated including Pacific, Gas and Electric (Electrical), AT&T (Telephone/Cable/Internet), and Comcast (Cable/Internet), will be crucial to maintain the project schedule and will be integrated with the PMCP. The City has already initiated this planning with PGE, AT&T and Comcast in an effort to improve and/or maintain their services for the businesses in the Green Island Improvement District. These efforts will continue throughout the design phase and will include any PG&E or other service application(s) on the City’s behalf. Xxxxxx and Associates will provide an interface and assist in the coordination between the Design Consultant and the California Northern and/or Union Pacific Railroads and their representatives. 3 Proposal Scope – Project Management Services for the Green Island Road Reconstruction and Widening Xxxxxx and Associates will be conducting monthly meetings with the Design Consultant throughout the design process. Additional meetings will be conducted associated with the reviews of the Plans, Specifications and Estimates. Xxxxxx and Associates will be coordinating the efforts of all city-hired consultants to insure quality communication and accountability to design scope and schedule. Such consultants include but are not limited to the Special Tax Consultant as well as potential pothole contractors and surveyor for locating existing utilities. Xxxxxx and Associates will assist in planning and preparation as well as attending 3 GRID meetings to discuss the project and it’s financing.   • Donor Coordination Throughout the multi-year development of the Compact, MCC and the Government have engaged in an inclusive process that included consultations with the United States Government, Nepali communities and key private sector actors, non-government actors, and other donors as well as multilateral organizations. In particular, MCC worked closely with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank in reviewing and agreeing on various power sector reforms required in Nepal for future programming by the two banks. MCC also consulted frequently with the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (“DFID”) during its preparation of a political economy analysis of power sector reform.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.
