Bank’s Duty. Bank assumes no duty to identify and/or return duplicate Checks, Checks with poor MICR quality, mis-encoded Items, or Checks lacking an encoded serial number unless Client is enrolled in and under the terms of Bank’s Check Positive Pay Service.
