Prenotification. You may deliver a prenotification prescribed by the Rules to the Bank to be transmitted to the Participating Institution at which the Customer’s Account is held (“RDFI”) within the time limits set forth in the Rules. If you have received notice that such prenotification has been rejected by the RDFI within the prescribed period, you shall not initiate any corresponding Entry until the cause for rejection has been corrected and another prenotification has been submitted to, and accepted by, the RDFI in accordance with the Rules.

Member Client, at its option, may send prenotification that it intends to initiate an Entry or Entries to a particular account within the time limits prescribed for such notice in the Rules. If Member Client receives notice that such prenotification has been rejected by an RDFI within the prescribed period, or that an RDFI will not receive Entries without having first received a copy of the Authorization signed by its Member Client, Member Client will not initiate any corresponding Entries to such accounts until the cause for rejection has been corrected or until providing the RDFI with such authorization within the time limits provided by the Rules.

Third-Party Sender, at its option, may send prenotification that it intends to initiate an Entry or Entries to a particular account within the time limits prescribed for such notice in the Rules. Such notice shall be provided to the Financial Institution in the format and on the medium provided in the media format section of such Rules. If Third-Party Sender receives notice that such prenotification has been rejected by an RDFI within the prescribed period, or that an RDFI will not receive Entries without having first received a copy of the Authorization signed by its Third-Party Sender, Third-Party Sender will not initiate any corresponding Entries to such accounts until the cause for rejection has been corrected or until providing the RDFI with such authorization within the time limits provided by the Rules.
Prenotification. The Bank recommends the Customer issue zero-dollar prenotification Entries three (3) banking days following the prenotes settlement date prior to initiating the first live dollar Entries. Such Entries are to be provided to the Bank in the format and on the medium provided in the NACHA rules. Should the Customer receive notice that any such prenotification has been rejected by an RDFI, or that an RDFI will not receive Entries without having first received a copy of the written authorization signed by its customer (the “Receiver”), the Customer will initiate no further Entries to the Receiver until such time as the Customer provides the RDFI with such authorization. At such time, the Customer may initiate Entries within the time limits provided in the ACH Rules.
Prenotification. To the extent required by NACHA Rules, Customer shall send a prenotification that it intends to initiate an Entry to a particular account in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Rules or by Bank. The prenotification can be returned or result in a Notification of Change ("NOC"). If the prenotification is returned, Customer shall research the problem and make any necessary corrections before transmitting another Entry. If the prenotification results in a NOC, Customer shall make the required change prior to initiating another Entry, or issue a Refused NOC.
Prenotification. The Company, at its option, may send prenotification that it intends to initiate an Entry or Entries to a particular account within the time limits prescribed for such notice in the Rules. If the Company originates a pre-notification entry, in accordance with NACHA rule it may not originate a dollar entry to the account for three banking days following the settlement date of the pre-notification. If a return entry or notification of change (NOC) is received during the three banking days, the reason for the return or NOC must be corrected before another entry is originated. If the NOC is not resolved, the Institution reserves the right to disable the Company's ACH origination access.
Prenotification. The Company shall transmit to the Bank a Prenotification with respect to each Entry and On Us Entry to be transmitted by the Company. A Prenotification must be transmitted at least ten but no more than fifteen (15) Banking Days of the Bank prior to the Entry or On Us Entry to which it related. The transmission of a Prenotification must be scheduled by contacting one of the contact personnel identified above.
Prenotification. You must send a pre-notification (zero-dollar amount transaction) entry six (6) days prior to initiating the first five (dollar transaction) entry to an account. This is done automatically when using the ACH Payments and Collections feature. When using the ACH File Upload feature a pre-notification file must be created and uploaded. A pre-notification is done to test the validity and accuracy of the account numbers and routing numbers. Should you receive notice that any such pre-notification has been rejected by the Receiving Depository Financial Institution (RDFI), or that an RDFI will not receive entries without having first received a copy of the written authorization signed by their customer (the Receiver), you will initiate no further Orders to the Receiver until you provide the RDFI with such authorization. At such time, you may initiate Orders within the time limits provided in the ACH Rules. You understand that ACH Orders will be posted based on the account information provided in the ACH transaction, not based on the name, individual identification or other information provided in the entry. When engaging in any transactions through the ACH, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and the Rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association of this Agreement and the Rules of the National Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) (the “Rules”), as amended from time to time and Uniform Commercial Code Article 4A (UCC4A) (IC26-1-4-1), if applicable. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any actions, claims, proceedings, damages, losses and costs which you or we incur as a result of their actions or omissions.
