Banquet Service. The parties agree that the following covers will apply: Breakfast covers Lunch covers Dinner covers If problems of efficiency and service occur, the parties agree to meet and review the All banquet staff will be allowed one meal per day. However, when a split shift is involved, an additional meal will be provided. Banquet staff required to serve during coffee breaks will be paid their hourly rate plus an appropriate percentage of the gratuities. Management will make every effort to assign porters to do coffee breaks, provided that it does not require increased staff or increased overtime. Where Banquet employees on an outside function report for work at the Hotel, they shall be paid from the time that they report for duty.   • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Telephone Service Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary:

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Transit Service is the delivery of certain traffic between Carrier and a third party ILEC, CLEC or CMRS provider by Frontier over a separate trunk group between Carrier and Frontier where appropriate trunks exist between Carrier and third party through Frontier’s tandem. The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services.
