Base Materials. All vinyl base adjacent to carpeted arcs shall be a 2 1/2" straight base. Quarry and ceramic tile base shall have coved profile at floor. . Ceilings: Acoustical ceiling tile shall be 2' x 4' lay-in panels with a random perforated pattern. All wall trim and column trim shall match the white painted steel 2' x 4' exposed suspension grid system. The ceiling grid system shall be continuous throughout the space.
Base Materials. (a) Base course material shall consist of sound, hard, durable crushed rock or crushed gravel, free from soft and deleterious material. (b) Sub-base material shall be well-graded and conform to the grading requirements of Table CW 3110.1 of CW 3110 for 50 millimetre crushed materials. (c) 50 millimetre crushed base material when subjected to the abrasion test will have a loss of not more than 40% when tested in accordance with grading A of ASTM C131, Test for Resistance to Degradation of Small-Size Coarse Aggregate by Abrasion and Impact in the Los Angeles Machine. (d) Base material shall be approved by the Contract Administrator.
Base Materials i. Extruded aluminum base materials and stainless steel hardware (Louver Blades, clips, brackets and fasteners), exclusive of finish, are warranted against structural failure due to cracking, buckling, bending, tearing or corrosion arising under normal use and environmental conditions, for the applicable coverage period listed in section 5.a.i.

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Course Materials The adoption of any course materials, print or electronic, after a Course Agreement is signed will require an agreed and signed addendum.

  • Stored Materials The Department shall not be required to pay for materials stored at the site or stored at other locations absent prior written authorization to do so, which authorization may be withheld at the Department's sole discretion. If the Department expressly agrees to pay for materials stored at the site but not yet incorporated into the Work, the Application for Payment may also include a request for payment of the cost of such materials, if the materials have been delivered to the site, and suitably stored. Such requests shall be documented by appropriate invoices and bills of sale. Payment for stored materials shall be conditioned also on the Design-Builder’s representation that it has inspected the material and found it to be free from defect and otherwise in conformity with this Agreement, and on satisfactory evidence that the materials are insured under the builder’s risk policy. Further, if the Design-Builder requests the Department to allow payments for storage of materials offsite, the Design-Builder shall be required, inter alia, to agree to execution of proper documentation to afford the Department a secured interest in the materials upon payment.

  • NEW MATERIALS The Work to be delivered hereunder shall consist of new materials, not used, or reconditioned, remanufactured, or of such age as to impair its usefulness or safety.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. B. Efforts shall be continued to seek and use instructional materials which reflect the contribution and presence of diverse ethnic and cultural groups. C. 1. Selection of instructional materials for each school shall be made by a committee of teachers chosen by the faculty within that school.

  • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.
