BASE REGULATIONS. Prior to the commencement of work on any individual Delivery Order, the Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor and its subcontractor personnel become familiar with and comply with base regulations, security regulations, rules, orders or directives and keep within the limits of work and avenues of ingress and egress as directed. No employee, subcontractor or representative of the Contractor shall be admitted to the site of work unless the employee is a citizen of the United States. Or, if any person seeking access to a base is a citizen of another country, the Contractor shall ensure that his or her employment within the United States is legal and in accordance with individual activity security requirements and is specifically authorized admittance to the work site by the activity POC. The Contractor shall remove from the base, any individual whose continued employment is deemed by the activity POC to be contrary to the public interest or inconsistent with the best interests of National Security. The Contractor shall not enter restricted areas unless required to do so and cleared for such entry. Contractor material, tools, and equipment shall be conspicuously marked with Contractor identification.

BASE REGULATIONS. All Contractor and sub-contractor employees, assigned to a project shall become familiar with and obey all Base Regulations, including fire, traffic, safety, and security regulations. Contractor shall delineate the work area using cones, construction tape, fence or other means as directed. All Contractors shall keep themselves within the limits of the work site (and avenues of ingress and egress), and shall not enter any restricted areas unless required to do so and are cleared for such entry. Contractor’s equipment shall be conspicuously marked for identification and shall remain within the confines of project area except when entering or leaving the installation.
BASE REGULATIONS. Contractor shall conform to all base regulations and directives pertaining to security, safety, fire, traffic, and personnel clearance, in so far as they pertain to the Contractors activities at Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), Florida. Contractor shall ensure conformance by all employees.

  • Fire Regulations All Exhibitors must comply with the regulations of the local authority and applicable law as they relate to the design and construction of Exhibition stands, and the use of suitably fireproofed materials.

  • Leave Regulations The leave regulations in Subchapter 510 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual, insofar as such regulations establish wages, hours and working conditions of employees covered by this Agreement, shall remain in effect for the life of this Agreement.

  • Applicable Regulations If an issue relating to investments is covered both by this Agreement and by the national legislation of one Contracting Party or by international conventions, existing or to be subscribed to by the Parties in the future, the investors of the other Contracting Party shall be entitled to avail themselves of the provisions that are the most favourable to them.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.

  • FCC Regulations The unstayed, effective regulations promulgated by the FCC, as amended from time to time.

  • Compliance with Regulations The Contractor will comply with the Regulations of the Department of Transportation relative to nondiscrimination in Federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation (Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 21, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), which are herein incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.

  • General Regulations A. Excessively loud speakers and sound displays are not permitted, and BAC Productions shall have the right to reject any exhibit which does not, in its sole, and reasonable opinion, conform to the general tenor of the show.

  • Compliance with Warning Regulations The Parties agree that Xxxxxx Xxxxxx shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Settlement Agreement by either adhering to §§ 2.3 and 2.4 of this Settlement Agreement or by complying with warning requirements adopted by the State of California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (“OEHHA”) applicable to the product and the exposure at issue after the Effective Date.

  • Compliance with Federal Regulations (1) Any contract entered pursuant to this solicitation shall contain the following provisions: All USDOT-required contractual provisions, as set forth in FTA Circular 4220.1F, are incorporated by reference. Anything to the contrary herein notwithstanding, FTA mandated terms shall control in the event of a conflict with other provisions contained in this Agreement. Contractor shall not perform any act, fail to perform any act, or refuse to comply with any grantee request that would cause the recipient to be in violation of FTA terms and conditions. Contractor shall comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including, without limitation, those listed directly or incorporated by reference in the Master Agreement between the recipient and FTA, as may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this contract. Contractor’s failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this contract.

  • Regulations The disclosures in the Registration Statement, the Sale Preliminary Prospectus, and Prospectus concerning the effects of federal, foreign, state, and local regulation on the Company’s business as currently contemplated are correct in all material respects and do not omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances in which they were made, not misleading.
