Baseline Allowances. Service Provider will support Client Group’s ad hoc report described in Schedule H and research and Management Information requests described in Schedule A relating to the Services, provided that where the level or frequency of requests is exceeded and would require Service Provider to use April 23, 2003 Amendment #1 additional resources beyond its regular staffing to comply with the requests, Service Provider will notify Client, provide an estimate of the additional resources required, and the Parties will use Change Control to determine the scope and Charges, for such additional effort.
Baseline Allowances. SDG&E proposed to reduce the residential baseline allowances over a three year period to the higher of the level identified by Public Utilities Code section 739 or the level in effect in 2001 when AB 1X was passed. Parties agree to SDG&E’s proposed baseline reduction for year 1 effective January 1, 2010, upon implementation of the 2008 RDW rates. If AB 1X reform legislation is passed and becomes law, then there will be no further reduction in baseline allowances stemming from this settlement. If there is no enactment of AB 1X reform legislation by October 31, 2010, Parties further agree to SDG&E’s year 2 reduction in baseline allowances and that this change will take place on January 1, 2011. Parties are not precluded by this settlement from making proposals for changes to SDG&E’s baseline allowances in subsequent regulatory proceedings. See APPENDIX C for the proposed baseline allowances that would become effective with the implementation of this rate design window and the proposed baseline allowances for year 1 and year 2 under the conditions set forth herein.   • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Employees must meet the following conditions to be eligible for meal reimbursement:

  • Shift Allowances (a) An Employee whilst on afternoon or night shift must be paid for such shift 15% more than the Employee’s ordinary rate. (b) An Employee who works on an afternoon or night shift which does not continue for at least five successive afternoons or nights must be paid for such shift at time and a half for the first two hours thereof and double time thereafter. (c) An Employee who: (i) during a period of engagement on shift, works night shift only; (ii) remains on night shift for a longer period than four consecutive weeks; or (iii) works on a night shift which does not rotate or alternate with another shift or with day work so as to give the Employee at least one third of their working time off night shift in each shift cycle; must, during such engagement, period or cycle, be paid 30% more than their ordinary rate for all time worked during ordinary working hours on such night shift.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled while on employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. This does not include travel to and from work. Vehicle allowance shall be 40¢ per kilometre. Vehicles driven on employer business will be in compliance with ICBC Regulations.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Other Allowances The District shall pay to each teacher appointed by the District to the following positions, the allowance respectively set forth opposite each such position, namely: (a) Supervisor 23,305 (b) Consultant 11,103 (c) Coordinating teacher 3,771

  • Capital Allowances 4.1 If any pool of assets (that is, all those assets whose expenditure would be taken into account in computing whether a balancing charge would arise on disposal of any other of these assets) or any asset not in such a pool, of the Company or any Subsidiary were disposed of at Completion for its book value as shown in, or adopted for the purpose of, the Accounts, or for the value of consideration actually given for it on its acquisition (if such asset were acquired since the Accounts Date), no balancing charge under Capital Xxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (CAA 2001) (or any other legislation relating to capital allowances) or similar clawback of relief in jurisdictions outside the UK would be made on the Company or that Subsidiary. 4.2 No event has occurred since the Accounts Date (otherwise than in the ordinary course of business) whereby any balancing charge may fall to be made against, or any disposal value may fall to be brought into account, by the Company or any Subsidiary under CAA 2001 (or any other legislation relating to capital allowances) or similar legislation relating to relief for similar capital expenditure in jurisdictions outside the UK. 4.3 The Disclosure Letter contains details of: (a) all expenditure incurred since the Accounts Date in respect of which allowances can be claimed under Parts 2 and 3 of CAA 2001; (b) all capital allowances to which the Company is entitled under Chapter 14 of Part 2 of CAA 2001; (c) any claim for first-year tax credits within the meaning of Schedule 1A of CAA 2001 or for business renovation allowances under Part 3A of CAA 2001; and (d) all expenditure incurred on the provision of or replacement of integral features within the meaning of section 33A of CAA 2001. 4.4 The Company has not and no Subsidiary has made any claim for capital allowances in respect of any asset which is leased to or from or hired to or from the Company or a Subsidiary and no election affecting the Company or any Subsidiary has been made or agreed to be made under Sections 177 or 183 CAA 2001 in respect of any such assets. 77

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Travel Allowances There shall be no payments for travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowance or other such reimbursements or special pay except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
