Common use of Basis of Employment Clause in Contracts

Basis of Employment. 2.1.1 The Company shall employ the Executive and the Executive shall serve the Company and the Parent as President and Group Chief Executive Officer or in any other executive capacity of similar status as the Company and / or the Parent may reasonably require. 2.1.2 The Employment is deemed to have begun on the Commencement Date. For the purposes of continuity of service, the Executive’s employment with the Company began on 1 February 1985.

For the purposes of continuity of service, the Executive’s employment with the Company began on 1 February 198520 June 1994.
