Benefits–Eligible Temporary Employee. Holiday Pay - A temporary employee shall be compensated at their straight-time rate of pay for all officially recognized City holidays that occur subsequent to the employee becoming eligible for fringe benefits, for as long as the employee remains in such eligible assignment.
