Betting. The Player agrees not to either independently or by the means of his representative, participate in betting on his Employer’s games or otherwise act in a way that calls into question his actions or the position of his Employer in relation to betting or sporting pools.

Betting. The Player will refrain from placing bets or attempting to place bets himself or using third parties, e.g. close family members, neither on his own account nor on that of a third party, on any basketball game or competition anywhere in the world, nor on any games and/or competitions in which teams of the Club are directly or indirectly involved, neither will the Player be allowed to engage or support any third parties to place such bets. He will refrain from disclosing to any third party any betting-related information that is not in the public domain or to which only he as a Player has access.
Betting. USBC recognizes wagering on bowling, Olympic, Paralympic, and other USBC or USOPC events and on athletes where they are participating, for example Calcuttas may be legal and regulated in the State of Nevada and in a number of foreign jurisdictions. At the same time, it is critical to the avoidance of actual and/or apparent conflicts of interest and to the overall integrity of bowling and the Olympic movement that no person involved in USBC Team USA promote, support, or otherwise engage in wagering on bowling or Olympic Wagering. Thus you must at all times refrain from directly or indirectly: 1) Engaging in bowling or Olympic wagering; 2) Promoting bowling or Olympic wagering; 3) Facilitating or otherwise supporting bowling or Olympic wagering; 4) Knowingly sharing confidential athlete, team, or competition information with a person or entity involved in bowling or Olympic wagering; or 5) Attempting to influence the course or result of any competition in connection with bowling or Olympic wagering. If anyone approaches you about engaging in items 2-5 above, you have an obligation to disclose this. The sanction for violation against this rule may be up to two years suspension.
Betting. (a) not participate in, support, or promote any form of Betting relating to a Competition including Betting with another Person on the result, progress, outcome, conduct or any other part of such Competition (whether one in which You are directly participating in or is taking place in the sport or is taking place in any other sport at a Competition).

Betting. The Participant agrees: (a) not to appear in, participate in or permit his image to be used for or in connection with the endorsement, promotion and marketing of any betting or gaming agency that relates to the Games; (b) not to participate or assist in any betting activities associated with the staging of the Games or any performances at the Games; (c) to immediately inform the Chef de Mission should the Participant be approached by anyone in relation to betting or become aware of any form of illegal practice whatsoever in relation to betting during the Games; and (d) that in the event that any fund raising scheme, betting or gambling agency uses, without his consent, his image in a manner contemplated in this clause, then the BOC has the sole right to determine whether any claim should be made or resolved in respect of such misuse or unauthorized use and the Participant shall appoint the Secretary General of the BOC or a nominee to act as the Participant’s representative agent and attorney for that purpose provided that the BOC indemnifies the Participant and keeps him indemnified from any loss arising from that representation.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Lottery Unless otherwise exempted in the Public School Code, if more students apply than can be admitted based on the School’s enrollment cap, admission decisions will be made by a lottery processxlii. The short-run marginal cost takes generation Bid Prices and the physical aspects of the NYS Transmission System into account. The short-run marginal cost also considers the impact of Out-of-Merit Generation (as measured by its Bid Price) resulting from the Congestion and Marginal Losses occurring on the NYS Transmission System which are associated with supplying an increment of Load. The term LBMP also means the price of Energy bought or sold in the LBMP Markets at a specific location.

  • Recreation Recreation rooms shall be supplied. Smokes and soft drinks shall be available. Outside walls of the above to be completely closed-in cold weather. Sidewalk to be provided between the living quarters, from living quarters to dining rooms and recreation rooms. The above to be Standards for Stationary or Permanent type camps. In the initial construction of the above, the camp construction workers in areas where there are no hotel accommodations, shall construct such housing as is necessary for them (this is not a tent). When bunkhouses are built to the degree that they can be occupied, the camp construction workers shall move into such quarters and their original buildings shall be disposed of or not used for lodging from time to time.

  • Logging The ISP will require the maintenance of network and application logs as part of BNY Mellon’s security information and event management processes. Logs are retained in accordance with law applicable to BNY Mellon’s provision of the services as well as BNY Mellon’s applicable policies.
