Employer’s Objectives. The Employer’s objective in entering into a framework agreement over a five-year term, on an as and when- instructed basis, is to secure the services on a full-time basis of a suitably qualified specialist project/contract manager to serve the Employer’s needs and requirements in the construction of new infrastructure on its Thohoyandou Campus. A written instruction will be given to the appointed Consultant as and when their services is required. The panel shall be managed in terms of fairness and equitability when assigning projects/tasks; as such, allocation of work shall be distributed based on quality of performance to date.
Employer’s Objectives. The Employer’s objective is to appoint Contractors for the construction of primary bulk infrastructure for the Nqadu Corridor (one of five development corridors making up the KSD Presidential Intervention Bulk Water Supply Scheme. The Nqadu Corridor comprises two pipeline contracts (this Contract being one of these) and one reservoir Contract. The employer is desirous of awarding the contract as soon as possible. The award of contract will commence with the acceptance of the Notification of Award by the successful bidders. The contractor shall have successfully completed at least four (4) comparable contracts for electrical infrastructure networks in the last 10(ten) years as on the date of tender opening and shall be in successful operation.
