Blood Donation Leave. Employees shall be allowed up to four (4) hours of paid time off per calendar quarter to donate blood. This paid time off shall not result in any loss of leave for the employee. The MOA shall require proof of donation before qualifying the employee to receive the paid time off. Such paid time off for blood donation must be scheduled with the consent of the MOA.
