Common use of Blood Donation Leave Clause in Contracts

Blood Donation Leave. Employees shall be entitled to four (4) hours of paid time off per calendar quarter to donate blood. This paid time off shall not be deducted from the employee's annual leave or sick leave bank. The MOA may require proof of donation before qualifying the employee to receive the paid time off.
