Blood Donation Leave. Employees may be granted up access leave to four donate blood once every three (43) months, subject to operational requirements. This leave of no more than two (2) hours of leave with pay for per occasion must be approved by the purpose of participation in a blood donor program and for subsequent recuperation on Employee’s manager/supervisor prior to the day they donate blood. The Employer may request verification of such donationactivity.
