BOARD AGENDA ITEMS. (44) The Association may submit agenda items for possible consideration at regular monthly Board of Education meetings provided they are delivered to the Superintendent of Schools at least ten (10) working days prior to the regular meeting. A copy of the agenda shall be posted on the district website providing for the Association to review prior to each regular meeting of the Board. In addition the complete report of the Department of Human Resources, including salary placement and percentage of employment where applicable, shall be provided at the same time the board members receive their copies. A copy of the minutes of each regular Board of Education meeting must be provided to the Association within five (5) business days of the meeting.

BOARD AGENDA ITEMS. The Board shall place on its agenda of each Board meeting for consideration any matters brought to its attention by BETA provided that such matters conform to the guidelines of Administrative Regulation 7305.1, paragraph 3 and that the properly executed request be submitted to the Superintendent’s Office no later than the Thursday noon preceding the regularly scheduled Board meeting. In the case of special Board meetings, such notification shall be made 72 hours prior to said Board meeting.

  • Agenda The co-chairs will meet seven (7) days prior to each meeting to exchange agendas for that meeting. The items in the agendas will be listed in order of priority. The Company will arrange to have both agendas typed and distributed to Committee members prior to the meeting. Items from the agendas will be discussed at the meeting on an alternating basis with the first item being taken from either the Company's or the Union's agenda, depending on which party is chairing the meeting. Items not addressed at a meeting may be re-proposed for the next meeting's agendas. Emergency items arising after the agendas are prepared can be entertained on the agreement of the parties at the outset of the meeting. An item on the agendas may be disposed of by referral to a more appropriate forum or cancelled, by mutual agreement of the parties. Background materials which may accompany an agenda item will be made available 1 week prior to the meeting to which they pertain.   • Composition of the Committee The Committee will comprise: - one (1) retiree appointed by OPSEU CAAT Academic - one (1) retiree appointed by OPSEU CAAT Support - one (1) retiree appointed by the Ontario Colleges Administrative Staff Association (OCASA) - three (3) management representatives appointed by the Council - one (1) resource person appointed by OPSEU - one (1) resource person appointed by OCASA - one (1) resource person appointed by the Council Additionally, when necessary, representatives of insurance carriers shall attend meetings to provide information but shall not act as resource persons for any of the parties.

  • Scope of the Committee The Committee shall not have the power to bind the Union or its members, or the Employer to any decision or conclusion reached in discussion. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction over any matter contained in this Collective Agreement, including its administration or renegotiation. The Committee shall not supersede the activities of any other committee of the Union or of the Employer.

  • Audit Committee (A) The Audit Committee shall be composed of five members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members, none of whom shall be an officer of the Company, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board.

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.
