Common use of Board Agendas Clause in Contracts

Board Agendas. ‌ 4.6.1 Prior to the start of the school year, the District shall consult with GTA, and if requested, the District shall provide to GTA one copy of the Board agenda in advance of the meeting and minutes of the prior Board meetings for all regular and special Board meetings. 4.6.2 The District, shall, upon written request, provide information, including but not limited to the preliminary budget, administrative regulations, and other public documents to the GTA in its role as the exclusive representative.
