Board Function. The NARDC, through its Board of Directors, and as authorized by the Principal’s respective governing boards, shall have those powers as defined within this Agreement and as granted by the Principals in accordance with Arizona law, including all provisions in A.R.S. § 48-805.01 and 11-952.02. The Board of Directors shall serve as the policy making body of the NARDC. Among its other duties, the Board shall:

  • Mixed Functions An employee engaged for more than two hours during one day or shift on duties carrying a higher rate than his or her ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for such day or shift. If for two hours or less during one day or shift he or she shall be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.
