BOARD’S RESPONSIBILITIES. The Board shall assist Consultant by placing at Consultant’s disposal all information available to Board, to fulfill the purpose of this Contract. Board shall arrange for access to and make all provisions for Consultant to enter upon District property as required for Consultant to perform its services.
