BOOKING APPOINTMENT. The Company enables Users to connect with Vendor by booking facility that allows Users book an appointment through the Website. The Company will ensure Vendor’s are provided confirmed appointment on the Website. However, the Company has no liability if such an appointment is later cancelled by the User’s, or the same User is not available for appointment. The results of any search Users perform on the Website for Vendor should not be construed as an endorsement by the Company of any such particular Vendor. If the User decides to engage with a Vendor to seek medical services, the User shall be doing so at his/her own risk. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, the Company is not involved in providing any healthcare or medical advice or diagnosis and hence is not responsible for any interactions between User and the Vendor. Vendor understands and agrees that the Company will not be liable for:

  • Continuing Appointment A continuing appointment shall continue until retirement or until otherwise terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Type of Appointment The employee type of appointment (e.g., Career Conditional (CC), Career (C), Temporary (Temp.), Schedule A, etc.).

  • XXXXXXXX'S APPOINTMENT The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term and in consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).
