Brookdale Community College. This Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (“OSHE”), a public agency of the State of New Jersey and Brookdale Community College, an institution of higher education within the State of New Jersey (“Grantee”) for implementation of the Educational Opportunity Fund (“EOF”) Program. The EOF was created by law in 1968 to ensure meaningful access to higher education for those who come from economically and educationally disadvantaged backgrounds. The purpose of the partnership between OSHE and the Grantee is to provide an opportunity for higher education to educationally and economically disadvantaged New Jersey residents who would not be able to attend college without the financial assistance and special support services that are part of the EOF Program. Pursuant to this Agreement, OSHE will provide funding to implement goals and strategies for capacity building and increasing enrollment, improving student retention, persistence, completion, and reducing financial burdens on students.

  • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise (“IVOSB”) participation plan, as detailed in the IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form, commonly referred to as “Attachment A-1” in the procurement documentation and incorporated by reference herein. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by IDOA’s IVOSB Division (“IVOSB Division”) and may require an amendment. If Contractor is found not to be in compliance with these requirements during the life of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to take appropriate steps to correct these deficiencies.
