Bulletin Board and Notices. Each faculty lounge will have one (1) bulletin board in a reserved area for the exclusive purpose of displaying notices, circulars, and other Association material. The Superintendent or his designee will receive a copy of all notices and material for approval and such approval will be required prior to the posting and distribution, except notices of meetings. Such approval will not be unreasonably held or delayed.

Bulletin Board and Notices. (a) A bulletin board will be made available to the Union on Citizens Bank of Canada' s premises for the purpose of posting notices pertaining to general Union activities. Notices have to receive approval of the Xxxxxxx and will not be of a derogatory nature to Citizens Bank of Canada. The bulletin board shall be located in a place out of public view. (b) No notices other than those posted on the bulletin board will be distributed or transmitted to employees without the prior permission of the National Contact Centre Manager.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.
