Business Cooperation. The Parties shall encourage stronger business-to-business links and enhance links between government and business through activities involving business, including in the context of the Asia-Europe Meeting ("ASEM"). In particular, this cooperation shall aim at improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Business Cooperation. 1. The Parties shall encourage stronger business-to-business linkages and enhance government-business linkages through two-way visits and activities involving business, including in the ASEM context. 2. This cooperation shall, in particular, aim at improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises ("SMEs"). This cooperation may include, inter alia: (a) stimulating transfers of technology; (b) exchanging good practices on access to finance; (c) promoting corporate social responsibility and accountability; and (d) developing the existing cooperation on standards and conformity assessment. 3. The Parties agree to facilitate and develop dialogue and cooperation between their competent trade and investment promotion agencies.
Business Cooperation. 1. The Parties, taking into account their respective economic policies and objectives, agree to promote industrial policy cooperation in all fields deemed suitable particularly with a view to improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), inter alia, through: a) exchanging information and experiences on creating framework conditions for SMEs to improve their competitiveness and on procedures related to the creation of SMEs; b) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging joint investments and establishing joint ventures and information networks notably through existing programmes; c) facilitating access to finance and marketing, providing information and stimulating innovation; d) facilitating the activities established by SMEs of both sides; e) promoting corporate social responsibility and accountability and encouraging responsible business practices, including sustainable consumption and production. 2. The Parties shall facilitate the relevant cooperation activities established by the private sectors of both sides.
Business Cooperation. Each Party agrees to cooperate with each other in certain business relating to commercial property sector in China after the completion of the Separation and Distribution in accordance with the business cooperation agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

After both Parties’ confirm and agree, they shall sign the Minimum Guarantee Commitment of lease amount for next quarter. 1.4 At the end of every month, Party A estimates the computing power quantity of the next month and make purchase order to Party B. Party B shall distribute the computing power to Party A in timely basis according to the estimated purchase number of Party A. The actual amount of rental Server and time shall be confirmed in writing by both parties at the beginning of next month. 1.5 The Server rental price and related services fee price under this contract fluctuate every, which shall be subject to price in the purchase order of the next [***] confirmed at the end of each [***]. 1.6 Party A can adjust the pricing of its cloud computing power products on Party A’s platform in timely basis according to Party A’s own pricing model and considering the market price.

Business Cooperation. 3.1 Party A shall provide Party B with paid communication channel and its network subscriber resources, and provide Party B with paid connection service, customer service, billing service and fee collection service based on Party A’s customer service, billing and service supporting system. 3.2 Party A shall assigns to Party B a Corporate Code to be used on Party A’s billing system, VAS platform and customer service system to identify Party B. Party A shall ensure the stability of the Corporate Code obtained by Party B, and agree that the Corporate Code and the corporate name of Party B shall have the same effect in identification of Party B. 3.3 Party A shall be responsible for the construction and maintenance of SP service system for realizing the communication between Party A and Party B on the cooperation of mobile VAS hereunder. Party A will notify Party B of the user name and password (which can be modified by Party B) according to the working process of SP service system, Party B shall log on the SP service system by such user name and password, and operate according to the instruction of such system, to apply for cooperation of mobile VAS, amend corporate information online, obtain Party A’s testing confirmation and other communications between the parties concerning mobile VAS. Party A shall be responsible for the normal operation of SP service system, and timely update relevant information in such system. Party B shall register correctly its name, bank account, contact, customer and other information, and timely update if there is any change in such information. 3.4 Unless specially indicated, contract information, publication of settlement information, data, form, notice and reply generated by the SP system shall be deemed as the evidence for the communication between the parties, and shall be subject to the timing of reaching Party B’s SP service system connection point. Party A may provide appropriate backup and enquiry functions in the SP service system, but Party A shall not be responsible for maintaining such information. 3.5 Party B shall be responsible for appropriately keeping its user name and password to log on the SP service system, and shall not allow any third party to use the same. Party B shall be solely responsible for any damages to itself arising from the disclosure due to any reason on the part of Party B of such user name and password to any third party or it employees to whom the disclosure is not necessary, and shall indemni...
