Business Cooperation. The Parties shall encourage stronger business-to-business links and enhance links between government and business through activities involving business, including in the context of the Asia-Europe Meeting ("ASEM"). In particular, this cooperation shall aim at improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises.

3. The Parties agree to facilitate and develop dialogue and cooperation between their competent trade and investment promotion agencies.
Business Cooperation. The Parties may exchange public business information, upon the request of the other party on issues such as business environment, government credit guarantee policy, etc.

The Parties, taking into account their respective economic policies and objectives, agree to promote industrial policy cooperation in all fields deemed suitable particularly with a view to improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), inter alia, through:
a) exchanging information and experiences on creating framework conditions for SMEs to improve their competitiveness and on procedures related to the creation of SMEs;

2. The Parties shall facilitate the relevant cooperation activities established by the private sectors of both sides.
Business Cooperation. 1.1 As agreed by both parties, Party B leases the HASH computer servers (hereinafter referred to as the “Servers”) to Party A. Party A, as the lessee, will display it on its platform and provide cloud computing power services to the users of Party A in the name of Party A.
1.2 Both parties agree that Party A will remotely invoke the Servers provided by Party B for Party A’s cloud computing power service operation, sales and promotion etc.
1.3 According to its own business plan, Party A shall propose Party A’s Server rental demand for the next quarter to Party B at least one month in advance before the end of every quarter; Meanwhile, Party B shall provide Party A with a list of Servers available for lease. 1.4 At the end of every month, Party A estimates the computing power quantity of the next month and make purchase order to Party B. Party B shall distribute the computing power to Party A in timely basis according to the estimated purchase number of Party A. The actual amount of rental Server and time shall be confirmed in writing by both parties at the beginning of next month.
1.5 The Server rental price and related services fee price under this contract fluctuate every, which shall be subject to price in the purchase order of the next [***] confirmed at the end of each [***].
1.6 Party A can adjust the pricing of its cloud computing power products on Party A’s platform in timely basis according to Party A’s own pricing model and considering the market price.

5.2 Insurance business cooperation: Based on the insurance brokerage license owned by Party A’s affiliated party, and in combination with Party B’s integrated business of maintenance, repair and distribution of asset-light and operation-heavy strategy, Party A and Party B shall jointly discuss and design innovative solutions and products related to auto insurance, including online underwriting of national auto insurance, auto insurance claim settlement and repair, financial and tax treatment of auto insurance, etc.. In addition, Party A and Party B shall design a closed-loop point system centering on the underwriting commission, and loss assessment and claim service fee based on the aforementioned payment and settlement scheme;
5.3 Platform product cooperation: The platform docking between Party A and Party B shall be based on the mature products such as the financial cloud of Party A’s group. The specific implementation is as follows: Party B diverts the flow to the platform of Party A’s affiliated party and guides a large number of small, medium and micro enterprises on Party B’s original platform to use Yonyou financial cloud, tax cloud and other enterprise cloud services; Party A diverts the original ERP customers in the automobile and auto parts industries of the Party A’s affiliated party to the platform of Party B and guides them to use the SAAS platform of Party B’s automobile industry chain.
