If there is a health problem with the Puppy, you must provide the Breeder a written notification of the specific health issue, and the health issue diagnosis must be confirmed and signed by a veterinarian. (You must also provide evidence of regular check-ups and vaccinations.) • If you have changed your mind and don’t want the Puppy, it will be the Buyer’s responsibility to sell the Puppy. The Breeder will attempt to assist you in selling the Puppy but cannot, and will not, guarantee the Puppy will be sold or it will be sold at the asking price. There will be no refund of any payment to Buyer from Seller. • Cancer Guarantee - Cancer can be a factor in all breeds. If the Buyer should have that misfortune within one (1) year, a replacement Puppy will be given to the Buyer. A veterinarian certification of the cancer is required. • Deposit Refund - there will be a refund of the deposit only if there are not enough Puppies in the litter to complete the number of orders. In lieu of a refund, the Buyer can apply the deposit to another future litter. • The only acceptable food is a premium large dog breed food. Proof of purchase is required for any refund or replacement. Spay / Neuter Policy: • The Puppy must be spayed/neutered by the time the Puppy is eight (8) months old. Veterinarian certification of such may be requested at such time by Breeder. Puppy is sold as a pet only. No breeding rights are granted. Prior to execution by both parties, this document represents an offer by the University/Xxxxxxx Center. Guarantee Policy. Menus and details are due to your Catering Manager ten (10) business days prior to your groups arrival. It is the sole responsibility of the group to notify the Catering Department of the final guaranteed attendance for each meal function NO LATER than 2:00pm three (3) business days prior to the event. After that time, the Hotel will only accept increases to the guaranteed attendance number.

In the unlikely event that you arrive at the Facility within the two (2) hour period commencing at the Designated Check-In Time and no parking space is then available for your use, the Parking Fee will be refunded to you by the issuance of a credit to the credit card which you used to make the associated reservation.

Release of rooms for general sales following the Cut-Off Date does not affect SAMPLE ACCOUNT’S obligation, as discussed elsewhere in this agreement, to utilize guest rooms.
Guarantee Policy. At AdPlace’s discretion we may reduce or refund fees to Clients on fixed price services for designs delivered that do not meet the reasonable expectations of a project brief received by us from the Client. In the event of the guarantee policy being activated, a refund will be made to the Client’s nominated bank account within an estimated Ten (10) business days. AdPlace will retain ownership of all work performed on a project that has been refunded. This guarantee policy is void if the original project brief is changed or modified in anyway or is identified as a change of brief. If design feedback is not received within fourteen (14) days from the last design sent to Client, the guarantee policy will lapse. Unlimited rounds of revisions are not offered to changes to the user interface layout or imagery selection on web design projects; such changes may be treated as additional work. Wireframing and web development projects are offered a technical guarantee rather than a reasonable expectation guarantee due to the technical nature of these services. We do not offer a money back guarantee on custom work projects. Each design is confirmed completed with reasonable expectation by the client when verbal or written communication is received with a positive message regarding the design, or if there are no revision requests on reply from the client. When a design is confirmed completed with reasonable expectation, the guarantee policy lapses for that project.
