Call-in Allowance. 19.01 An employee who has left the Company premises and who is called back to work outside his/her regularly scheduled working hours, shall receive the prevailing rate for overtime for all hours worked, with a minimum of five (5) hours pay at his/her straight time rate. When this is immediately followed by the Employee’s regular ten (10) hour shift, such employee shall be permitted (unless mutually agreed between the em- ployee and the Company to the contrary) to complete his/her regular ten (10) hour shift for that day and if any part of the five (5) hours call-in time overlaps the regular shift hours, the overlapping time shall be considered part of his/her regular shift hours.
