CALL-IN ALLOWANCE. When a regular full-time employee is called in to work and reports for work on a day other than his regularly scheduled workday, he/she shall be provided with and assigned to at least a minimum of two (2) hours work at one and one half times his regularly hourly rate. All hours worked as a result of the call-in will be at the overtime rate until the employee’s regular shift begins.
