Common use of CALL-IN ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

CALL-IN ALLOWANCE. (1) Any employee, who has completed his shift and having clocked out, is then asked to work extra time, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate rate for such additional work, except where such work precedes and forms a continuous period with his regularly scheduled shift, in which case he shall receive overtime rate for such hours.
